As part of the Stella Ronda circuit, it has access to one hundred and eighty kilometres of pistes. The Val di Fassa ski area itself is a vast area with slopes for all levels of ability. Local skiing is mainly for novices and intermediates with slopes on both sides of the wooded valley. There are fifty kilometres of cross country trails and guides are available for the somewhat limited off-piste skiing. Gondolas and chair lifts give access to the slopes. As there are often queues from the main gondola from the village, an early start is recommended. Ski schools provide tuition from the age of four and the resort has creche facilities.
